The Wildlife Door
When we were contacted by a couple in Hertfordshire to create a door for them, we were able to combine two of our great passions, creating beautiful glass and up-cycling.
We renovated their existing old door and designed, hand-painted and fired 9 individual glass panels. The glass panels were fixed in place and then the door was re-hung. They were delighted with their one-off door and so were we.
Tending the garden
Our brief for this piece was to create a colourful panel for a woman who loved growing things. Into all things witchy, she loved her herbs, crystals, animals (particularly foxes) and was kind and generous.
We created this asymmetric panel in her favourite colours of green, clear and blue glass and suspended a red glass heart from a copper spiral to incorporate her loving nature.
We call it "Tending the Garden".
